AI philosophies
deterministic_routes_yes_no_remove_guesswork
AI is great, but I can't be 100% certain that it's doing exactly what I want to do. So the whole idea is that AI is good at many things. It's really good at some things, and it's not so good at other things. And once you realize where it fits into you know, your human workflow, your human life cycle and stuff. The whole idea is to try to make as many deterministic routes you know, which is you know, yes or no, or whatever you know deterministic. It's either this or it's that, you know, yeah, and so you want to remove that guesswork that AI might just fudge on, you know, because if it doesn't get something correct and it wants to please you you know, that's when it makes stuff up.
no_sicko_fancy_no_sycophancy
I never take an AI's first response. I always respond. I do sort of joke and say no, sicko, fancy, which is no syco fancy. It's my no sycophancy, no. It's going to say what I want to hear versus the cold hard truth of what I need. And so I always, I always go one more. It's like, I want this. It's like, I want you to update this. Don't give me your response. Instead, update it. So there's all these tricks, right? But, you know, you just need to know, know, know
state_equilibrium_dont_tell_robot_how_to_do_its_job
my robot likes to call it a state equilibrium, by the way. We might, you know, call it a state transition. But it says it likes to equilibrium. But the state of the system. But if you give it the inputs and you give it the outputs, the robot tends to be really good at, at managing itself. You don't want to tell a robot how to do its job.

WEBVTT 0 00:00:01.500 --> 00:00:07.180 Hey, David, just following up from our call… We just got off, 1 00:00:08.420 --> 00:00:16.850 I wanted to give you something real quick here on the workflow that we talked about for session notes. So, I am inside of, 2 00:00:17.420 --> 00:00:21.650 my installation of Coach Countable. And, 3 00:00:22.660 --> 00:00:27.820 The way it works is client gets an invite from me via Coach Countable. 4 00:00:28.410 --> 00:00:30.930 That includes a Zoom link. 5 00:00:32.520 --> 00:00:45.990 they complete, before their session, a worksheet, and depending upon the engagement, I have different worksheets, so there's multiple different types of worksheets. But this is… I finished Daniel today.
